I am a Ashtanga Yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, based in beautiful Sri Lanka. For the past 10 years, I have been facilitating classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. I believe that exploration on and off the mat is at the happy heart of self-growth, I trust in the magic of Women coming together and am on this journey to create, learn, and share my passion.
