I specialize in various therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness and meditation integration work, Breath work, several body healing modalities, Thai Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Energy Work.My extensive training includes:- 1200+ hours certification from Pacific College of Health and Science- Advanced CranioSacral training from Healing Hands School and LifeShapes Institute- Specialized experience working with school children on meditation and stress management I combine multiple approaches to create personalized treatment plans that address both physical and emotional well-being.
