SWATHI (TAMIL NADU, INDIA) was born in Tamil Nadu and is recognized as the youngest and most flexible member of the teaching committee.With over a decade of dedicated practice and teaching experience, she has immersed herself in Iyengar Yoga, holding title of India National Yoga Champion 2023 (Youth Category), and Gold Medalist (Asia Sports Yoga), mastering its precise alignment techniques and therapeutic applications. Her expertise extends beyond traditional methods, as she seamlessly integrates modern yoga styles to create a well-rounded and accessible practice for students of all backgrounds and skill levels.Passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, she is committed to fostering a deeper understanding of both the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice, ensuring a holistic learning experience for her students worldwide.
