All our yoga teachers are very talented and diverse yoga teachers, from Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin, they manage to find the perfect blend according to what each new day brings.Vanessa has a very gentle approach, by incorporating nature into her guided meditation- young healing and yin yoga. Don't be fooled she is also a weight lifter and leads work outs also. She teaches art therapy- latin dance and isis happy to speak and teach you Spanish from Mexico;)Lorraine and Gio take a hands on approach which helps each person find the right postion that aligns and adapts to the individual's body. No pain, no pushing, just what feels right.Our volunteers and teachers do shift according to seasons and their travel plans, dont hesitate to reach out and find out who is teaching at the moment and what kind of classes!
