I’ve had a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness, with a deep commitment to empowering women. As a mother of four daughters, I’m inspired daily to model strength and self-trust.I’m passionate about creating opportunities for women to reconnect with the power they already carry within them and to bring that into their lives and communities.My approach to wellness is holistic, drawing on experience in yoga, yoga therapy, personal training, mobility, Pilates, and movement practices. I also teach functional breathing and guide cold exposure.I’m dedicated to creating a space where women, especially in the second half of life, can reconnect with who they are, recognize their inherent worth, and move forward with confidence and strength as they continue to age well.
