My yoga practice is based on presence, breath, and alignment from within, integrating Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, and Reiki.My journey began in 2019 when I followed a strong inner calling that led me to Australia. There, yoga and meditation became daily practices that profoundly transformed my life. Through yoga, I found a sense of inner home and a deeper connection between body, mind, and soul, understanding that balance is essential.Back in Sweden, I completed my Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2023, which gave me the confidence to guide and support others. I teach with compassion and presence, creating a space where each student can feel seen and move in their own flow, guided by the breath. For me, yoga is a way of life, both on and off the mat.
