I was born in Hawaii, where I grew up surrounded by nature, diverse cultures, and a deep sense of connection to the living world.I have been living in France for 40+ years now. Here, after a career as an environmental engineer for 20 years, I felt called to support others in a more human, direct way, which I did through massage therapy, energy healing, crystal healing, herbal healing and aromatherapy for 10+ years.I then chose to help others as a facilitator rather than a healer, through life path and energy coaching, as well as an ecstatic dance facilitating. Today, I create spaces where sensitive, intuitive ans atypical people can slow down and reconnect - through the body, nature, and sensing.My approach is grounded in embodiment, rhythm, and respect for each person's autonomy. Rather than teaching techniques or leading intense processes, I hold a space where people can listen, feel, and return to themselves at their own pace.I value presence over performance, and depth over intensity. Everything I offer is gentle, adaptable, and responsive to the group.
