I am a Yoga Alliance RYT-certified teacher with over 400 hours of training.My practice, in its most dynamic form, is based on Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama Yoga, blending elements of Ashtanga Yoga, Dharma, and Iyengar. I have completed a teacher training in Mandala Vinyasa Yoga, a shamanic-style yoga based on the natural elements and their physical and psychological relationship with our inner world.I have studied and continue to study with Ambra Vallo, Dulce Mandala, Stewart Gilchrist, Denise Payne, Pam Jones, and many other teachers.Each year, I dedicate myself to new training or to integrating and evolving my previous training in a continuous journey of personal growth and teaching through travels around the world, teacher training, and retreats.
