I am an experiential facilitator and coach with a unique background in both training and the performing arts, specializing in relationship management, collaboration, leadership, presence, creativity, and presentation skills development.In addition to my consulting work, I am an independent faculty member of The Wharton School’s Executive Education institution, a senior affiliate with The Ariel Group, and a designer and instructor for the leadership program Work.Life.Leader.I co-founded the YesandNature Collaborative, for which I co-facilitate Climate Conversations, a program that uses improvisational theater exercises along with research and data to help conservation scientists and environmental activists communicate more effectively about the climate crisis.I teach and perform improvisational theatre in Philadelphia, and I am an adjunct professor in the Theatre Department at Temple University and Drexel University.I began my training career twenty years ago by teaching team-building and collaboration skills to corporate and nonprofit organizations, utilizing improvisational theatre techniques I acquired through producing, performing, and teaching with CSz Philadelphia, where I continue as the Director of Applied Improvisation Programs.I then worked with training and development firm Team Builders Plus, where I worked extensively with communication assessment tools, including DISC.I received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, one in English and one in Development Through Creative Expression.I received a master’s degree in Theatre from Villanova University and trained with master improvisers at renowned theater centers in Chicago and New York City.
