Avigyle Zeitchik is a 500-hour certified multi-style yoga facilitator, international retreat leader, and lover of all things movement, passionate about building communities & inspiring others to reconnect with their own light.In her classes, she embodies the belief that each student is their own best teacher, blending fluid sequencing with breath-centered release to help students of all levels find the freedom to take onwhatever challenge they are searching for.After completing two teacher trainings in India & experiencing the profound power of yoga for navigating stress, alleviating chronic anxiety, and strengthening the power of intuition first-hand, Avigyle is passionate about sharing her love of empowering movement with others to help them reap the same benefitsKnown for her signature energetic flows & playlists that inspire you to move, Avigyle is based in Tel Aviv and teaches private and group yoga classes both in person and virtually.
