Mr. Tiago Santana

Tiago Santana, a graduate in Sports Science, student and teacher of movement. Inspired by references such as Ido Portal, Fighting Monkey, Marcelo Palozzo, Nil Teisner, among many others, I develop a practice that seeks to reconnect people with themselves through body exploration.We work with a wide variety of stimuli, including games, tasks, and proposals that challenge the body to adapt, create, and discover new possibilities. My goal is to offer a living and curious space, where each participant can expand their perception, presence, and autonomy through movement.
