Monika Sabolova

Mon is a yoga teacher with five years of teaching experience and over a decade of personal practice. She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, with additional training in meditation and yoga philosophy. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, structural alignment, and the meditative depth of Yin, often supported by yoga Nidra, sound, or mantra. She has taught in studios, privately, and on retreats and workshops.
