Mollie’s love for both cooking and the Alps began in 2012 when she worked as a chalet host in France. After many seasons in the mountains, she and her partner Tom moved to St. Gervais les Bains in 2019, where they spent two years lovingly renovating their dream chalet.Since welcoming guests in 2022, Mollie has delighted in hosting and preparing delicious, nourishing meals for hundreds of visitors. Now, she is thrilled to open her chalet to Elevate Retreats. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection, it’s the perfect place to escape, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.With her culinary knowledge and passion for nutrition, Mollie will craft perfectly balanced meals to fuel and energize you throughout your stay while ensuring you are comfortable and content over the course of the retreat.
