Mina Mousavi

Mina has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and is Yoga Alliance certified with RYT200 in Vinyasa and an additional 50 hours in Yin Yoga training.She practices and teaches in Las Vegas, Nevada. She incorporates breath work and sound healing into her practice and looks forward to bringing these calming modalities to Costa Rica.Having attended many yoga retreats in the past, she has a knowledgeable grasp of what to bring to Nosara. A combination of soul healing, nervous system calming, and restorative practices, along with Vinyasa flows and fun activities, will make this retreat well-rounded.Her added knowledge of moon cycles and cacao ceremonies will bring a fun, enchanting experience to our retreat, as we will embark on a Full Moon ceremony under the night's sky.
