Michael is a certified and experienced Yoga teacher, specializing in Yin Yoga to restore balance to the body and access its deeper layers, facilitating the release of stuck emotions and trauma.Trained in diverse Yoga styles in Rishikesh, Goa, and Germany, with a focus on Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, Michael brings a wealth of experience. He has also explored with various plant teachers over the years.Together, we lead ceremonies and co-facilitating Conscious and Open Relating workshops, drawing from the lessons cultivated in our sacred union.Michi, a state-approved Waldorf/Steiner educator, is a wellspring of wisdom for guiding young beings in the world. He plays a vital role in our community life and retreats, ensuring smooth organization, bringing in volunteers for meal preparation, and maintaining the beauty of our spaces.Michi's deep connection and profound devotion to this land embody our life project, creating a nurturing and transformative environment for all who join us.
