I'm not a celebrity trainer. I'm not selling you a course. I'm a software engineer turned fitness coach who lives full-time at Network School on an island in Malaysia. After years in tech (ex-Swissblock, startup founder), I hit a wall — sedentary, burned out, no routine. I rebuilt myself through bodyweight training and daily discipline. Now I help others do the same. I've coached dozens of remote workers, entrepreneurs, and builders through the REBOOT program. Most arrive out of shape and skeptical. They leave with visible results (typically 4kg lost, real muscle gained) and habits that stick long after the 30 days. For the entire program, I'll be there. Every morning. Every workout. Every meal.
