Marzena Jachowicz

My name is Marzena and I am a certified yoga teacher (700+), nutritionist of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the owner of Casa del Cielo. I love teaching yoga and meditation, cooking healthy and delicious meals and having meaningful and nurturing conversations with people. I also love nature, especially mountains and the sea.My yoga journey started about fifteen years ago and ever since it has been my big passion, love and a way of living. I believe it guides me through life and helps me be more at peace with myself and the world around me.Teaching yoga and sharing my experience and a piece of this ancient knowledge gives me a lot of satisfaction and pleasure.Originally from Poland, I lived for the past twenty years abroad. First in Denmark and for the past five years in Tenerife, Spain.
