Marilena, Yoga Instructor, Media & Communication specialistMarilena is a Berlin-based yoga instructor (275h certified) with over a decade of yoga practice. She completed her training in India and has been teaching in Berlin since 2023. She pursued further trainings with Juan Sierra and Alex Perez, focusing on hands-on assists, myofascial sequencing, and embodied movement. Her teaching style offers an unconventional, powerful approach to Yoga, integrating elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. Marilena’s classes are dynamic, playful, and occasionally surprising, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. She frequently travels to India to reconnect with herself and practice with her favorite teachers.Marilena holds also a degree in Media and Communication science and has built and lead teams within the ecommerce business.
