Originally from Germany, Marilena brings a rich background in ballet and dance into her approach to yoga.Her journey has focused on creating sustainable self-care through intuitive movement, nourishing nutrition, and practices that support nervous system regulation.She holds an RYT 500+ certification and has studied closely with Simon Borg-Olivier, founder of Yoga Synergy, for over two years.As part of the Lanka Yoga teacher training team alongside Stefan Camilleri, Marilena weaves dance and softness into intelligent, adaptable movement practices.Her classes offer a gentle, exploratory space grounded in yogic philosophy and self-inquiry.
