Mariana Rola

Mariana is an experienced yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, certified as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance, with extensive training in Ashtanga (200H) and Hatha & Vinyasa (300H) in India. Her studies also include Tantra Yoga at Shri Kali Ashram, Intensive Iyengar at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre, and she is a Vipassana old student. Passionate about supporting transformation, Mariana integrates Ayurveda-based therapies such as Abhyanga, Integrative Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Holistic Psychotherapy into her work. With a current focus on trauma release and emotional well-being, she guides others to reconnect with the body’s natural capacity to heal, fostering balance and deep personal growth. She shares her work through retreats, workshops, and Yoga Alliance certified trainings, creating spaces for meaningful transformation. Mariana teaches in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
