Marcia

Marcia was born in Mexico City and moved to Puerto Vallarta 2 years ago. She holds a communication degree and has been dedicated to a yogi lifestyle for over 15 years. She found yoga at 27 and since then she has had the opportunity to take many workshops in Yoga Nidra, Handstands, Mudras, Pranayama, and more. Within her multiple studies, she graduated from a Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga 500hr Teacher Training, Yin Yoga 50hr teacher training, Ashtanga Yoga 100hr teacher training, 100hr Rocket Yoga teacher training by David Kyle’s school, and 100hr Rocket Yoga by Carson Clay Calhoun. In 2013, she decided to fly high and graduated from an Aerial Yoga training by Antigravity. She was part of the Flyboard program, one of the most exclusive wellness programs in Mexico, where she was certified at an advanced level in the Body Balance Method by Les Mills.
