From a very young age, I was a very skinny sickly child and deeply conscious of my physique, build, and size. Various negative experiences growing up fuelled my desire to better myself both physically and mentally.My story about becoming a Clinical Nutritionist is not a traditional one. At aged 19 I decided to enter into my first competitive bodybuilding competition after having spent 3 intensive years training my body and studying the science of nutrition. My goal was to propel myself to number 1.I won my first national competition aged 19 and went on to win 14 national and international titles.My journey through bodybuilding opened opportunities in film and TV and enabled me to meet people from all walks of life, even allowing to me to help some well-known celebrities!My biggest interest is age management medicine and what I can do to improve the quality of my life and others' too.We should all be able to look forward to older age and retirement filled with energy movement and a lust for life.
