Over the last 13 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a chef in various kitchens, learning from others and developing my own style, always drawn to colourful and fresh food with exciting and complementary flavours.My catering ethos is to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, staying mindful of the client’s budget. I prefer freshly gathered ingredients over imported ones and am committed to sustainability, recycling waste and packaging where I can. My style is vibrant, both in appearance and taste, and I take pride in creating dishes that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary needs.Based near Caernarfon, North Wales, I specialise in providing high-quality, homemade food for individuals, businesses, and events.
