Mandy Brinkley

Native to the UK, Mandy lives and works from home in Santa Maria in the Azores islands. She began exploring yoga and meditation in 1998 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. Her yoga training includes more than 1700 hours of certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Her extensive training and experience mean that she is recognized as a Senior Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance Professionals in the UK. Mandy is also a certified Level 4 Breath Body Mind teacher and Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor. Mandy believes that tailoring the practices according to the needs and desires of the practitioner is crucial to success. When you work with Mandy she will draw from her extensive toolkit of practices to best meet you where you are and move you in the direction of healing and thriving.
