My name is maka and i am a passionate lover of movement, breath, and adventure. Born in Paris and a traveler at heart, I have spent the past few years exploring the world… and discovering myself along the way.I first discovered yoga while traveling, but it was in Sydney that the practice truly became part of my daily life. A few months later, in Bali, I decided to deepen my path and train to share this practice that had already given me so much.Over time, I also chose to expand my understanding of movement by training in Pilates. For me, this discipline perfectly complements yoga: while Pilates strengthens and structures the body, yoga brings fluidity and connection to the breath.Today, I teach both practices with the belief that together they create a unique balance between strength, flexibility, and self-awareness.Based between France and Mexico, I continue to learn and evolve in my practice, always with the desire to share and spread yoga and Pilates beyond borders.
