Maja Mika

My name is Maja Mika. If you want to know who I am professionally the answer would be yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, author and retreat organiser. But if you want to know who I am beneath those titles, the answer would be: I am a human being, on a spirtual journey - and so are YOU! In 2014 I suffered the most with my mental health. Depression, severe anxiety, self harming, self sabotage, wanting to end my life... I was 18 years old and totally lost. This is when yoga entered my life and over the next 10 years I have been building myself up. One day at a time, I kept choosing to fight for my life, I looked for light over dark and I'm so grateful that I am still here. Today I teach yoga and breathwork classes, online and in person and organise and run international retreats all over the world. My role is to gently remind you that you are the creator of your life. At any given moment you can rewrite the story, let go of your limited beliefs and choose to let your inner light shine!
