Magdalena is an accredited movement coach with over 15 years of teaching experience. Yoga, dance, martial arts, meditation, breathwork & sound therapy practitioner from the heart. Her journey with yoga began nearly 20 years ago when she severely injured her back. Yoga helped to heal the body and began a transformative journey within.Magda's goal is to share the modern science of yoga while being respectful to the ancient teachings and traditions.
