She has dedicated her life to promoting human unity, love, and compassion through her work at Samadhi Kundalini Yoga Ashram and Bali Yoga Retreat. Passionate about Kundalini Tantra, Pranayama, and Meditation, her mission is to help students connect with their true, authentic selves.Born in the UK to an Indian family, she was drawn to spirituality from a young age. Life experiences eventually guided her back to India, where yoga became her path to living fully in the present moment. She trained with Himalayan masters, became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and mastered Sound Healing, Cacao Rituals, and Reiki, which she integrates into her teachings.As a Kundalini Teacher at Bali Yoga Retreat, she shares the transformative wisdom of yoga, guiding students on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner freedom.
