Luisa Mars
For many years, I wandered through my emotional landscape as if it were a minefield. The smallest things could completely throw me off balance, and my thoughts often created great chaos in my inner world. When I first attended a yoga class, it was very difficult for me to keep my monkey mind under control. Afterwards, I decided that yoga wasn’t for me, too slow, too demanding, and far too much happening in my head.It took some time before I gave it another chance and allowed the world of mindfulness to draw me in - first little by little, and then completely as if I had to fight my way through a dense forest before finally entering the magical world of Narnia.I realized that yoga was so much more than just movement. My perspective on myself, my thoughts, and my emotions changed entirely. This fascinating philosophy showed me a way to live not driven by fears of the future, performance pressure, or the need for validation, but rooted in the present moment. To create a connection with my breath, my body, and my mind. To realize that all those thoughts were just clouds passing through my sky.For this reason, in my (yoga) classes, I try to create a space that allows you to come into your body, to look inward, and to connect with your heart. A space where you let movement become your language - an expression of your presence.2025 - Embodied Flow Teacher Training with Tara Judelle2024 - Mindful Business & Life Coach Training (Mindful Projects)2023 - 22h Gong Training with Yasemin Vollmond2023 - 10h Embodied Yoga Training with Luna Joséphine2023 - Research & Master’s Thesis on stress & sound in the workplace2022 - 80h Sound Meditation Training with Soneiro2021 - Psychedelic Breath Teacher Training with Eva Kaczor2019 - 200h Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Sonia T.
