Luisa Diaz Chamorro

My name is Luisa Diaz Chamorro, I was born in Málaga, Spain, in 1970 and I am a professional artist. I live and work in Italy, between the village of Usseaux and Rivoli, in the province of Turin. I discovered my passion for painting when I was small: at the age of 10, I drew portraits of my family and friends from life. Around the age of 15, I approached the technique of oil painting. I graduated in mechanical engineering in 1994 at the University of Malaga, the year in which I moved to Turin for work. Painting has always been my passion and I attended art schools in all the wonderful cities where I lived: Malaga, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, and Turin. In 2009 I obtained a master’s degree in education at the University Alfonso X il Savio in Madrid. I have learned watercolour following the learnings of the big masters in Italy and abroad.
