Luis is the owner of the Winery we will visit. He´s a wine expert, and passionate for sustainable farming. He´s always mixing ancient tradition with the most innovative techniques to creat small batches of natural wine. He will walk us us through his vineyards, tell us about his work and he will guide us through the tasting.
