Ludovica’s yoga journey started in her living room in 2019, swiftly becoming the red thread of her life and allowing her to create communities by bringing people together to connect, grow, and expand in and out.Since 2020, she has facilitated yoga in various countries, offering a blend of dynamic and gentle classes in studios, retreat centers, teacher trainings, corporate environments, and hospitals.Initially trained in vinyasa yoga, Ludovica is also a certified yin yoga, yoga therapy, and Pilates instructor. She loves to infuse her classes with elements of yogic philosophy, pranayama, and anatomy, making them engaging and accessible to all.To Ludovica, yoga is a way to return to the essentials, restore the nervous system, and reconnect with our inner wisdom, leading to a more serene life.
