Lucy is a highly experienced yogi, Reiki Master, and sound healer who has travelled the world, including Peru and Guatemala, gathering wisdom from diverse healing traditions.Known for her intuitive and compassionate approach, she blends movement, energy work, and sound to guide people into profound states of relaxation and connection.During her travels, she stumbled upon the transformative practice of sound healing from a 5th-generation shaman while in Nepal.It was a serendipitous discovery that resonated deeply with her. Intrigued by the profound effects of sound on our well-being, she became a dedicated student of this art, weaving it into my yoga practice.This fusion of yoga and sound led to the birth of Yogis Sonos, where she combines breath-work, yoga nidra, and sound healing in immersive workshops and retreats.In addition, she also specialised in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
