Liz is a former medical doctor turned holistic wellbeing practitioner who supports women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feel their best. I support women who are feeling overwhelmed, tired or disconnected from their bodies to feel calmer, stronger and more in control of their wellbeing. My work helps ease stress, improve energy and sleep, reduce tension and pain, and bring clarity around nutrition and lifestyle in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable. In the session, we deep dive into your health and wellbeing. Together, we explore the key areas affecting how you feel including energy, stress, hormones, gut health, sleep, movement and lifestyle and create a clear, realistic strategy focused on what will make the biggest difference for you. Note: I require a detailed medical/health history ahead of this session.
