Lisa calls herself "Mrs Wellbeing". Originally from Holland, she now calls Phuket her home where she has built an incredible boutique luxury wellness retreat. She believes in a holistic and sustainable approach, starting from the core in a measurable way. "Your body and mind are constantly working together: Our mind is so powerful that you can also make yourself sick. Often because of unconscious thoughts that are stuck somewhere in your body. She is qualified in Qi-Gong, Essential Oils and Frequency Therapy, and lives a very holistic lifestyle from the food she eats, her environment, toxins, oils and the energy work she supports her clients with.
