She taps into your higher self to offer assistance along your life path.Lisa has been a practicing yogi for over 25 years. She is an E-RYT 500-Hour Yoga Alliance Kundalini and Hatha Yoga Teacher. She studied in the Himalayas, where she received an additional 200-hour training.The training included Meditating in India's caves, dark meditations in the ancient Buddhist monasteries of Kashmir, and a life-changing rebirthing journey as she participated in a burial ritual to shed the past and awaken to a new light.Lisa infuses her classes with the essence of these collective journeys.
