ERYT500 Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Prenatal and Posnatal yoga instructor. Lila is also a holistic therapist, Mother, astrologer, nutritionist, speaker, writer, and energetic coach.Lila began her journey through yoga practice in Colombia and soon moved to Thailand, to study with teachers disciples of Osho, B.K.S Iyengar, and Pattabhi Jois.Traveled to India to learn for different Gurus the science of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher.Lila has held courses, certifications, and workshops in Colombia, Thailand, Estonia, and Spain.
