I have been walking the paths of dreaming and circle work for over 20 years, and for more than a decade I have been offering courses, workshops, personal sessions, lectures, and journeys focused on consciousness, dreaming, and sleep.I have practiced The Way of Council for many years, organized dialogue and music events, and created spaces for women, men, and children.I am a senior reflexologist, with studies in herbal medicine and naturopathy, and experience in media and journalism, alongside many years of living and working within community settings.
