My first degree was in Sociology, and my Masters in Education. In 2018 I embarked on a new journey. My training as a naturopathic nutritional therapist introduced me to the fascinating world of our body as an ecosystem, its means of communication, and how it interacts with the environment. I qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist from a top International Natural therapy institution. I am a member of the British Association of Nutritional and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. (ANP)
