Laurissa Manning

Laurissa Manning is a 1-4 Essentrics Instructor and an educator in the teacher training department. Laurissa’s introduction to Essentrics in 2015 was transformative, alleviating chronic pain from her competitive kickboxing days. She became a certified instructor to help her clients learn to love the movement their body can create and discover their strength and power.Laurissa has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, from private and group training to mentoring and coaching fitness professionals. She is the former owner of Core Fitness & Sport Conditioning in Nova Scotia, Canada, the first boutique fitness studio in the Maritimes. Her mission is to create thriving communities, where everyone sees themselves reflected in the culture, and feels a sense of belonging.
