Laurence Richard

French born, Laurence moved to London in 1993 to pursue a career in Book Publishing. She quickly discovered Yoga and its wondeful wellbeing benefits, after several years of practising, mainly Hatha, Vinyasa Ashtanga style inspired by various talented Yoga teachers along the way, she qualified in 2023 through Yogarise London and since then, teaches Vinyasa Flow suitable for beginners and intermediate students. She draws her inspiration also from Harold Coggin's Qi-Qong & Tai-Chi practices, connecting mind, body, the inner intellect, working with breath and movement, building strengh, stability and flexibility. Options are always given to adapt your practice, heat it up if you feel challenging is what you need, or easing off, finding the balance that works for you.
