Lauren is a Reiki Master and certified Spinal Energetics practitioner, trained directly by Dr. Sarah Jane and part of a small group of qualified Canadian practitioners offering this transformative modality. Spinal Energetics supports the release of stored tension, emotional blocks, and outdated energetic patterns through gentle, intuitive engagement with the spine and nervous system.
