Lauren Kelly is a mystic, healer, and facilitator devoted to guiding women into deep connection with themselves, each other, and the land.She blends Ancient Wisdom Traditions, Astrology, Human Design, Yoga, and Somatic Healing to create experiences that support transformation and deep remembering.Lauren has traveled throughout 40 countries and studied with Shipibo, Hawaiian, Vedic, Egyptian, and Andean medicine traditions, bringing lineage-based wisdom into her retreats.She works with elders from around the world on her retreat to elevate indigenous leadership and advocate for restored harmony with our relationship with Mother Earth.Lauren holds sacred containers for ceremonies, integration, and authentic sisterhood, ensuring safety, clarity, and deep support.Through her retreats, Lauren helps participants access healing, insight, and a deep remembering of who they have always been underneath the conditioning and noise!
