Laura Leverington

Laura is a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of practice, blending movement, breath, and meditation to support well-being. Originally trained in modern Vinyasa, her journey led her to Vinyasa Krama, deeply influenced by the Ramaswami and Krishnamacharya lineage. Holding a degree in Music from The University of Huddersfield, England, Laura completed her 200-hour YTT in Bali before immersing herself in yoga philosophy at the Govinda Valley yoga ashram south of Sydney, Australia. She has taught internationally, including nearly a year at The Plantation Villa, Sri Lanka, and now shares yoga, meditation, and sound healing at Ruxton Farm. Passionate about self-development and guiding others, Laura’s teaching is inspired by her growing interest in Buddhist wisdom, aiming to cultivate lasting happiness and well-being.
