Laura Bough

My name is Laura and I have been within the fitness industry for nearly 30 years. I started out in the aerobic studios teaching everything that was hi-impact and high energy. 15 years ago I found yoga and became qualified in Ashtanga, along the way developing a passion for teaching Vinyasa Flow and the healing benefits of Yin Yoga. I have run retreats for nearly 6 years now and I love the journeys that people take when they join me with time to immerse themselves in all things yoga. With my original qualification in Ashtanga, I like to teach fun sequences from the foundations up, helping people with alignment so that they can find the right way to do a posture that works for them. I love to teach and I feel extremely lucky that I love what I do so much.
