LaTesha Charbonnet Gonzales is a proud native of New Orleans, a 3x (soon to be four) alumna of Bigger Life Adventures retreats (Costa Rica, Colorado, New Hampshire, and upcoming Thailand), a certified yoga teacher, and mother of two spirited young children. A linguist by trade, LaTesha has curated cultural and language immersion experiences into New Orleans for international visitors for the last 15 years. Her experience with welcoming international visitors combined with her passion for spirituality and wellness has led her to fuse the two for an upcoming retreat launching soon! Deeply rooted in the soulful rhythms and resilience of her hometown, LaTesha brings a unique blend of heart-centered teaching, cultural reverence, and holistic healing to every space she creates.
