Meet Your Hosts Kristin Reimer Kristin is a yoga teacher, mentor, and mindfulness trainer. She combines yoga, mindfulness, and feminine awareness work into a path of inner balance and connection. In her approach, conscious presence meets gentle intuition – a harmony that creates space for true inner calm. With great sensitivity, she guides women to let go, recharge, and trust in their own strength. Her work is not about doing more, but about simply being – returning to clarity, ease, and lightness. Kristin lives and works on an organic retreat farm in Austria, surrounded by nature, stillness, and open space. This environment deeply influences her work and reflects the essence of what she shares: mindfulness, authenticity, and lived connection. With Gelbe Möwe, she has created a space where women can experience and strengthen this sense of connection – with themselves, with one another, and with nature.
