Kristie Miller
Kristie Miller is a certified yoga instructor, having completed her teacher training in March of 2019. She first encountered yoga about 15 years ago but initially felt it wasn’t for her, as her competitive nature led her to feel yoga was too slow-paced. Her interest was reignited when she began training in martial arts, believing yoga would help with flexibility. As she began practicing yoga regularly, Kristie recognized how her competitive mindset hindered her growth on the mat. Determined to evolve, she decided to attend teacher training, where her practice deepened, and she realized yoga was about self-acceptance, with no competition. Kristie enjoys practicing Bikram, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, and SUP yoga.
