Kirsty aims to empower people with simple practical tools which they can take home from each adventure, encouraging them to integrate these practices into their daily routines for a sustainable lifestyle. Her passion extends beyond yoga. She is interested in conservation, cooking with whole foods and seasonal produce, and finds great joy in hosting.Kirsty’s upbringing was enriched by a variety of expressive arts, including dancing, figure skating, singing, scrapbooking, and acting, each playing a significant role in shaping her journey. Today, as a scuba dive instructor, event producer, and yogi, Kirsty designs sequences that blend the fluidity of dance with biomechanics and an emphasis on anatomy, offering a holistic experience that enhances physical well-being and environmental awareness.Her clear, soothing voice guides participants through movements and breathing techniques, making her classes accessible and enriching for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
