Kimmy Hidalgo

Kimberly “Kimmy” Hidalgo is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, energy medicine practitioner, and embodiment guide with over 11 years of experience supporting women in returning to their bodies, their intuition, and their inner wisdom. Her journey began with traditional yoga studies but slowly unfolded into something deeper - a practice rooted in intuition, expression, ritual, and the healing power of movement as medicine. Through her own transformation, she discovered that when we trust the body, we awaken Shakti - the creative life force that invites us to feel confident, connected, and fully alive. Kimmy’s teaching blends functional movement, chakra + energy awareness, trauma-informed support, and intuitive, feminine-led flow. She believes everybody holds their own brilliance, and that movement is a portal back to the truth of who we are. As an E-RYT® 200 and Yoga Alliance YACEP® (Continuing Education Provider), Kimmy offers certified CE trainings for yoga teachers who feel called to deepen their craft, embody their authentic voice, and lead from a place of intuition and inner fire. Her work invites students and teachers alike to move with courage, softness, and remembrance - honoring the body as a sacred guide and a source of creative wisdom.
